Hello everyone in JNFL land. If the last race there at the Homestead track didn't get your blood pumpin' then nothing will! Every spot in the league came down to the last lap with the outcome undecided. While Jimmie Johnson made nice for 400 miles we all were chewing our fingernails and doing the math at the Indian Valley Inn. I never stopped to count but I'd say there were over 40 JNFL in house at one time or another. One guy left and came back so that counts as two. Looked like everyone had a hoot to me. That darn Judd had his camera in everyone's face but other than that it was fun.
Here at the JNFL Headquarters we are feverishly working on the Banquet. Printing up awards, getting music together, selling the tickets and rounding up door prizes are all systems go at this point. Wait till you all see the loot we have to give away this year! Roy up there in the Q-Mart loves us. His R&A Collectibles went above and beyond the call of duty. He realizes that we are on a limited budget but actually have an interest in the stuff he can't sell, so next thing you know we have a Dale Earnhardt Jr. autographed die-cast to give away. Lets not stop there. A JNFL Member to be named later donated three gorgeous pieces. There will be a slew of new stuff including the colors of the afore mentioned Little E. Tons of shirts, die-casts, signs, trinkets and drivers stuff to choose from.
Get those tickets now for the Fantasy Banquet! I am changing the format to shorten the event too. All the more reason to come,, right? |
