JNFL Fantasy Wrap-Up – Atlanta March 19, 2007 Atlanta was the site for this weeks race and several of you were damaged or dropped like the lead weight that fell out of the back of Jimmy Johnson’s car. Which by the way brought out the final caution for debris. Many of us team owners found ourselves in the middle while some of you lucky folk ended up on top of the heap. I really hate the new points for the winner, until it works in my favor. Ha! I am still questioning this whole Kim and Mark thing. More on that later. Still under investigation by the JNFL Army. Classified.
Here is to doing better at Bristol. Cheers!
Winners – It wasn’t me and you know who you are so go gloat on your own time don’t expect to find you name here. HA!
Weak Picks - Only one of you was fooled by qualifying and took Newman. Apparently you didn’t notice his engine blew during practice and left your pick stand. Must be a Rookie.
Six of our JNFL team owners took Kyle Busch. Nice fella isn’t he? This one was a 50/50 chance pick to start with. This young driver hasn’t gotten all of his shit together yet and is very unpredictable from my point of view. Risky at best and I am sure these folks with think twice before picking him again. I would hope. Geez.
Last and certainly least, in points awarded that is, comes those of you who took the favorite to win. Greg Biffle was the talk of the garage on race morning and looked to be a good pick for Atlanta. Well, at least you guys can say he was the favored driver for the race. That’s the very least. However, you can feel better than those who took Kahne. Ooppss! Kacey got six more points than Biffle. Never mind. You guys should be drowning your sorrows in a large toilet of Budweiser. JNFL style. Better Luck next week at NASCAR’s version of racing in a toilet. The Bristol Stomp!
Hope You All Enjoy the Pick of the Weak. Rogue Reporter Andy |
