We noticed a problem this weekend. People online that try to use one computer to put in picks for more than one player were having trouble. We have temporarily fixed the issue with a 'Force Logout' link. Let me explain. The problem people are having stems, we believe, from people not using the 'Logout' button when they want to login their friend or family members. This happens most likely because instead of clicking 'Logout' in the same area where a player would login, people have been closing the website or closing Internet Explorer all together. Doing so does not log you out of the website. So trying to login another person will not work until you physically logout. While this would seem easy enough, unfortunately the website, when opened anew, still shows your name in the 'Who's Online' list but the button to Logout is missing. The reason this happens is confusing to me but understand this, as a favor to you, the website will remember that you are logged in for 3000 secondsif you leave the website without loging out. If you are planning on entering in multiple picks from one computer, be very sure to use the 'Logout' button. If the 'Logout' button is gone but you are still showing in the 'Who's Online' list, click on the 'FORCE LOGOUT' link located at the bottom of the 'JNFL Links' list located to the right of the lead picture in the center of the Homepage. That should clear your IP Address out of the backend of the website and allow you to Login your next person. |
